Katherine Codekas, B.S., J.D.

Ms. Codekas received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1984. She spent a decade working as a financial analyst for Fortune 500 companies and as an accountant for motion picture production companies before attending law school. Ms. Codekas graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego in 1998. While completing her legal education, Ms. Codekas participated in the highly selective judicial internship program, serving first as an intern for Associate Justice Judith Haller of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, then as an intern for the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Ms. Codekas also interned at the California Department of Justice in the Natural Resources Division.
Ms. Codekas is admitted to practice before all of the courts of the State of California and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Central Districts of California. She is a member of the Family Law sections of the California State Bar and the Sacramento County Bar Association. Ms. Codekas brings her extensive experience in business and negotiation to her practice of family law.
